As mentioned above the history of the EMOS brand started in 1991 in Přerov. The company owes its outstanding performance to continuous development. The company that owns the brand was already selling its products in several countries by the early 2010s. Therefore, in 2017, the holding company EMOS CZ Group a.s. was established. This has enabled the company to better respond to the many challenges of the times.
For example, a more efficient selection of products, the centralisation of logistics processes and the standardisation of purchasing for subsidiaries in different countries have also contributed greatly to the further development of the company. These necessary decisions have helped the company to continue to operate very successfully.
But in 2022, Legrand France S.A. became the new owner of the holding company EMOS CZ Group a.s. Today, EMOS supplies more than 400 million customers in 26 European countries through its distribution network, which includes DND Telecom Ltd.
