Surface
It adheres to almost any absorbent substrate in the interior.

Topcoat
Can be covered with a plastic-bonded water-based emulsion paint, dispersion silicate paint or silicone resin paint. Suitable for covering with water-based emulsion paints, dispersion silicate paints or silicone resin paints.

Frost Resistance
This product is frost resistant (proven for 5 freeze/thaw cycles) and can be transported year round by air freight or ship.

Essentials
Water, potassium silicate, natural graphite, carbon black, pure acrylic dispersion, additives, NO preservatives.

No nanotechnology
Our paints are developed under strict ecological criteria. For example, we use the lowest emission soot and untreated natural graphite available on the market. We deliberately do not use graphene, a nanomaterial whose hazard potential is still completely unknown.

TÜV-SÜD certificationOur shade paints are tested by TÜV-SÜD. We monitor the entire production process, including quality control, emission behaviour and the economical use of preservatives. You can find the certificate in the downloads above.

Grounding
This product with electrically conductive surface must be incorporated into the functional-equipotential bonding (FEB). You will find the appropriate grounding accessories under "Grounding". It is essential to be earthed! We recommend the GSX grounding strap and GS/GF grounding plate for indoor use.

Shielding attenuation HF & LF
This product shields high frequency electromagnetic fields (HF). Unless otherwise stated, the dB values given are for 1 GHz. Measurement from 600 MHz to 40 GHz according to ASTM D4935-10 or IEEE Std 299-2006. This product shields low frequency alternating electric fields (LF) with an electrically conductive surface.

We invested in our own professional EMC laboratory several years ago. We use it not only for our laboratory screening reports, but also for daily monitoring of each batch. In addition, all our products are checked by an independent, recognised expert. Double-checked for double the security. You can find the above reports in the downloads section.

Ready for 5G
Some companies offer "special" 5G products. These products shield all 5G spectrum, even without advertising it! On all the shielding diagrams, you will find two grey bands with the 5G frequency spectrum FR1 (600 MHz - 6GHz) and FR2 (24 GHz - 40 GHz).
